Older tickets beyond your plan's "history loaded" window aren't deleted β€” they still exist and are always reachable by search or direct link. It only affects how many days load by default in your ticket list.

Yearly billing works out cheaper per user per month than paying monthly.

Starting out

Every new workspace gets a 15-day free trial with full access to every plan's features β€” no credit card, no plan selection needed to begin. Use that window to properly evaluate what your team needs before choosing.

Upgrading

From Company Settings β†’ Upgrade Your Plan, choose your plan, billing cycle, and seat count, then check out. Payments are processed through Razorpay, which supports standard Indian payment methods β€” cards, UPI, netbanking, and others depending on what's available at checkout.

Downgrading

Plan changes are managed from Company Settings. If you're at or near a lower plan's limits (user count, ticket volume), review those first so nothing gets blocked unexpectedly after the change.

If your trial ends without payment

Your account moves to an expired state. Your data is kept β€” nothing is deleted β€” but creating and working tickets is blocked until you subscribe.

If a payment fails

You'll receive a payment-failed email, and your account status will reflect this until it's resolved. Try the payment again from Company Settings, or use a different payment method.

Invoices

Find your billing and invoice history under Company Settings.
